This 15-day treatment consisting of 30 capsules to be taken in the morning and evening, helps fight stress and reduce emotional fatigue¹.

MORNING CAPSULE - quantity for 1 capsule: Sunflower seed oil (Helianthus Annuus L.), Vegetable capsule: Hypromellose, Marine magnesium 130 mg of which magnesium 71.5 mg (19% VNR*); Bulking agent: Microcrystalline cellulose; ORGANIC essential oils of: Green Mandarin2 (Citrus reticulata Blanco - pericarp) 11 mg, True Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia Mill. - flowering tops) 11 mg; Dry extract of Rhodiola root (Rhodiola rosea L.) 8 mg; Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine) (1.4 mg / 100% VNR*).
EVENING CAPSULE - quantity for 1 capsule: Acacia gum (Acacia Senegal (L.) Willd) 197.8 mg, Marine magnesium 136.36 mg of of which magnesium 75 mg (20% VNR*), dry extract of Valerian roots (Valeriana officinalis L.) 120 mg; Dry extract of flowering aerial parts of Eschscholtzia californica Cham. 25 mg; Vegetable capsule: Hypromellose; Anti-caking agent: Magnesium stearate.

How to use
Take the "MORN" capsule in the morning for 15 days.
Take the capsule  "EVENING" after dinner, for 15 days.
To be repeated 2 or 3 times over the course of the year if necessary.
