Gastrocure

Product indicated to protect the mucous membrane of the stomach from the negative effects of horse stress. Its protective efficacy on the gastric mucosa is expressed through a maintenance action of the gastric pH exerted by buffer substances, associated with the lining activity of the stomach mucosa, exerted by natural fibers rich in mucilages capable of forming a viscous gel protective. These properties make it possible to use Gastrocure as an adjunct to the usual pharmacological therapies in case of EGUS (Equine Gastric Ulcer Syndrome), to give a continuous contribution over time to gastric integrity in case of stress of various kinds such as potentially harmful pharmacological therapies at the gastric level. (NSAIDs, corticosteroids, antibiotics, etc.), stable changes, nutrition and races. It can also be used as an aid for those affected by oral stereotypies (support ticchio) associated with states of hyperacidity.

Doses and Use
For horses of 500-600 kg of weight administer the product for a period of 10 consecutive days at a dose of 170 grams per day (equal to 2 scoops of 85 g), and subsequently for another 10 consecutive days at the rate of 85 grams per day (equal to 1 scoop of 85 g). For horses weighing up to 300 kg, halve the dosages indicated above. The recommended dosage must be divided according to the number of meals made with feed. This minimum period of administration can be extended according to the judgment of the treating veterinarian. The product must be carefully mixed with the food. Provide the subject with drink water at will.
