Gynecological cream indicated in fungal affections from candida albicans, relieves irritation and itching and restores the physiological pH and the ecosystem of the vaginal mucosa.
- Tea tree essential oil : alters the functions and structure of the bacterial and fungal plasma membrane, predisposing the denaturation of the microorganism and implementing an antibacterial and antifungal action , in particular against candida albicans and candida glabrata.
- Lavender essential oil : with antimicrobial action, useful for reducing any unpleasant odors that they can occur in case of bacterial infections.
- Ratania : used in case of infection and lesions affecting the oral cavity. The neolignans and norlignans contained in the extract are able to effectively inhibit the proliferation of fungi and bacteria. Furthermore, the derivatives of the lignans possess assets; anti-inflammatory and antioxidant, useful to counteract the inflammatory and oxidative phenomena that characterize the fungal infection.
- Hyaluronic acid with high molecular weight : natural polysaccharide which, thanks to its hygroscopicity, is able to form a consistent gel with a filming and protective action, in order to moisturize, soothe and lubricate the mucosa, as well as favoring its correct re-epithelialization. Furthermore, hyaluronic acid generating a barrier effect against the activity; harmful to pathogens, it hinders their adhesion to the epithelium and prevents their hyperproliferation.
- Lactic acid : has the capacity À to maintain the vaginal pH around acidity values; between pH 4.0 and 4.5, so Ì to prevent the survival of the pathogens that attack the mucosa and instead favor the activity; of the bacteria that physiologically inhabit the vaginal environment.
- Zanthalene : È able to inhibit the transmission of the pain impulse through the neuro-muscular junction, blocking the synaptic junction, with a strong antipruritic action, useful in case of vaginal infections of mycotic origin.
- Calendula : has activities; anti-inflammatory due to the presence of triterpenes, in particular faradiol and its derivatives, while the healing action is; attributable to the capacity; of calendula extract to promote the production of granulation tissue and to promote the increase of collagen production, favoring normal hydration and re-epithelialization of the mucosa.
- Bisabolol : active principle obtained by distillation of the essential oil of chamomile; it is mainly used for its soothing action as it has the ability; to inhibit and calm redness due to skin irritation, but È also with a good anti-inflammatory action.
- 18-beta glycyrrhetic acid : È a triterpene that is extracted from licorice root. Used topically, it acts as an anti-inflammatory thanks to its ability; to prolong normal activity; of cortisol, an endogenous substance that is released following an inflammatory stimulus, in order to counteract the inflammatory state.
