Mode à of use
For an aromatic bath, dilute 10 drops in a spoonful of bubble bath and then dissolve it in the tub water.
For massages, carefully disperse 5-8 drops of essential oil in 50 ml of oil or cream.
For localized applications on small areas 4-5 drops in a teaspoon of oil or alcohol.
