Mode à of use
Take 6,5 ml per d ì (measuring spoon or 3 teaspoons) corresponding to 6 g of oil at breakfast.
The daily dose corresponds to 2 g of alpha linolenic acid (ALA) which contributes to the maintenance of normal cholesterol levels.
