Burdock is a herbaceous plant that grows spontaneously, very widespread also in Italy.
In phytotherapy the root is used, valid support for the physiological purification of the organism, the well-being of the skin and the drainage of liquids.

Burdock (Arctium lappa L.) root dry extract, titrated to 2% inulin; Inulin; anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids (vegetable). Shell: vegetable capsule (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose). Quantities for maximum recommended daily dose (2 capsules): Burdock root dry extract: 800 mg (Inulin: 16 mg); Inulin: 80 mg.

How to use
It is recommended to take 2 capsules a day, between meals, with water.
