Mode à of use
It is recommended to take 4 drops, once a day, equivalent to 400 IU (10 & micro; g) of vitamin D3, unless otherwise indicated by the doctor. Use the dropper included in the package. One drop corresponds to 100 IU of vitamin D3.
Shake well before use.
