Vanilla protein pudding provides 13g of protein per serving. Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass and normal bones. Enriched with 12 vitamins; biotin contributes to normal macronutrient metabolism and vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12, C, pantothenic acid and niacin contribute to normal energy metabolism.
