Broncositol Sterile Solution To Nebulize For Aerosol Administration

Sterile single-dose solution without preservatives to be nebulized for aerosol administration.
L 'inositol is a polyol known to be an important osmolyte, in fact, it has a great ability to bind and retain considerable quantities of water, especially in the tissues of the respiratory system.
This lubricating and emollient capacity is useful in relieving those symptoms linked to inflammation such as difficult swallowing, sensation of a foreign body in the throat, tickling and dryness. Inositol lowers the surface tension of pulmonary surfactant by improving gas exchange in the bronchial alveoli.

Ingredients
Each 3 ml vial contains : myo-inositol, purified water, sodium chloride.

How to use
We recommend 1 ampoule of 3 ml or, according to medical opinion, up to a maximum of 3 ampoules per day.
Broncositol solution to be nebulized, is supplied in vials with safety pre-breaking.
For opening the vial:
1. hold the vial so that the tip is upwards
2. exert a slight pressure, bend and break the vial at the neck.
Nebulize the contents of a vial using an aerosol therapy device.
It is recommended to use equipment equipped with a compressor capable of guaranteeing a high flow capacity in output (indicative value of at least 0.40 ml / minute).
Do not use ultrasound devices.

Warnings
Do not use the device after the date of expiry date indicated on the package.
Do not use the device if the packaging is opened or damaged.
Do not re-sterilize.
The device is intended for single use only.
Do not freeze.
Once the vial is opened, the product must be used immediately.
Smoking compromises the protective effect of myo-inositol on bronchial and alveolar function.
It is recommended to use Broncositol after consulting your doctor.
Keep out of the reach of children. No interactions between Broncositol and any concomitant therapies are currently known. However, it is advisable to consult your doctor before using the product in combination with other medical devices and drugs. There are currently no known contraindications to the use of Broncositol, nor have any side effects been reported. However, the use of these products especially if prolonged can give rise to sensitization phenomena. In this case, stop the treatment and consult your doctor to set up the appropriate therapy.

The product must not be used during pregnancy and during breastfeeding.
Do not exceed recommended doses.

Store between 4Â ° and 25Â ° C.
