M odality of use
It is recommended to take up to 4 tablets a day, distributed throughout the day, preferably between meals with plenty of water.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended doses. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and must be used as part of a healthy lifestyle. The product must be kept out of the reach of children under three years of age. Do not use the product in children, pregnant and breastfeeding women, and for prolonged periods of time. Contraindicated in subjects with hypersensitivity ascertained towards the components. Particular attention should be paid in case of drug therapy.

Conservation
Store in a cool and dry place, away from light. The end date of validity refers to the product correctly stored, in unopened package.
