Directions for use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet in the morning, with a glass of water.

Brewer's yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae); bulking agent: sorbitol; Vitamins: B3, B5, B12, B6, B2, B1, B9, B8; anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids.
This product contains traces of gluten and sulphites.
