Ingredients
100% natural essential oil of bitter orange (Citrus aurantum L.ssp amara Engl.).

Mode of production use
Dilute 1 to 3 drops in a little sugar or other natural sweetener 1-3 times a day, equal to a daily dose of 0.24-0.0216 grams of essential oil. Synephrine intake < 30 mg/day, intake of other amines <3.5 mg/day.

Essential oils are concentrated substances and should not be used pure, but diluted.
Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
