Bioton VITAMINS and MINERALS é; a multivitamin and multimineral supplement in effervescent tablets, enriched with Ginseng, Blueberry and Royal Jelly.

How to use
Dissolve in 200 ml of water, preferably in the morning.

Ingredients
acidifier: anhydrous citric acid, acidity regulators;: sodium bicarbonate and sodium carbonate, sweetener: sorbitol, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), color: beetroot red, aroma, ginseng dry extract (Panax ginseng CA Meyer, root) min. 10% ginsenosides, vitamin E (50% DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate), lyophilized royal jelly, sweetener: sodium saccharin, blueberry dry extract (Vaccinium myrtillus L., fruits) min. 15% anthocyanosides, niacin (nicotinamide), zinc lactate trihydrate, vitamin A (retinyl acetate) at 11.5%, selenium yeast at 0.2%, pantothenic acid (D-pantothenate, calcium), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) at 0.1% , vitamin D (cholecalciferol) 0.25% powder, wetting agent: polysorbate 20 (E432), anti-foaming agent: dimethicone, manganese sulfate monohydrate, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), copper sulfate, riboflavin ( riboflavin 5 ’ - phosphate, sodium), folic acid, biotin (D-biotin).
