Xylitol is a natural sweetener, a polyol whose typical source is birch. Its sweetening power is the same as that of sugar but its glycemic index (GI) is lower therefore it is used to replace sugar.

How to use
Mix 75 g of flour mixture with 3 g of baking powder in a bowl. Add 62 g of warm water and 7 g of oil and mix well. Leave the dough to rise covered in a warm place (~27-30°C) for 30 minutes and knead it again on a floured work surface. Roll out the dough, and cook in a pan or in the oven.
