Ingredients
Bulking agent: Cellulose Gel, Magnesium Bisglycinate, Valerian (Valeriana Officinalis Root, e.g.), Coating Material (Polyvinyl Alcohol and Graft Copolymer of Polyvinyl Alcohol and Polyethyleneglical, Anti-caking Agents: Taico and Mono and Diglycerides of Fatty Acids), Melissa (Melissa Officinalis Leaves, dry extract), Hops (Humulus Lupulus Flowers, dry extract), Rhodiola (Rhodiola Rosea Root, dry extract), Anti-caking agents: Magnesium Salts with Fatty Acids and Silicon Dioxide, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B6).

How to use
It is recommended to take 2 or 3 tablets a day, to be swallowed with water
