Ingredients
white chocolate chips {cocoa butter, whole milk powder, skimmed milk powder, emulsifier [lecithins (soya], flavourings}, whole milk powder, rice flour, hydrolysed proteins 6.8%, whole egg powder, whey protein concentrate 3.5%, whey protein isolate 1.1%, flavourings, leavening powder [raising agents (sodium carbonates, diphosphates), corn starch], bamboo fibre, leavening agents ( sodium carbonates), sweetener (sucralose).

How to use
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Mix 1 portion (75 g = 4 heaped tablespoons) of the preparation with 60 ml (= 6 tablespoons) of water and 10 g = 1 tablespoon of sunflower seed oil until the mixture is smooth and without lumps. Cook the mixture in muffin molds for 14 minutes, let them rest for a further 10 minutes after removing them from the oven. With the indicated dose you can prepare 3 muffins. It can also be prepared with coconut oil and butter.
