L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), capsule: food gelatin; reduced glutathione, flavor, alpha lipoic acid, DL-alpha-tocopheryl-acetate (vitamin E), anti-caking agents: salts of magn esio of fatty acids, silicon dioxide.

How to use
We recommend taking 1 capsule a day with a glass of water or other suitable liquid.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under three years of age. Food supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. lipoic acid can cause hypoglycemia.
