Magnesium and Potassium are essential elements for our organism, being involved in numerous physiological processes. Insufficient dietary intake, lifestyle changes, excessive sweating or impaired intestinal absorption may develop deficiency states of magnesium and potassium minerals which generally manifest as a feeling of mental or physical tiredness, soreness or cramps in the muscles and irritability. Mode; for use
Adults and children over 3 years: one sachet per day to be taken on a full stomach. Dissolve in a glass of water (200 ml).
