Food supplement of organic mineral salts of magnesium and potassium, with folic acid, selenium, vitamin D and B vitamins, specially formulated to supplement the needs of essential nutrients in adults 50+. Magnesium and potassium help normal muscle and nervous system function. Magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance, while potassium helps maintain normal blood pressure. Magnesium and vitamins B6 and B12 contribute to normal energy metabolism and to reduce tiredness and fatigue. Vitamins B6 and B12 contribute to normal red blood cell formation and homocysteine metabolism. Vitamin D3 contributes to the physiological absorption / use of calcium and phosphorus and to maintaining healthy bones and teeth, furthermore together with folic acid, selenium and B vitamins they contribute to the proper functioning of the immune system. Selenium contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress and to normal thyroid function.

Mode; of use
1-2 sachets per day to be taken on a full stomach. Dissolve each sachet in a glass of water (200 ml).
