Ingredients< br /> Freeze-dried kefir granules (from water), glazing agent (hydroxypropylcellulose), thickener (maltodextrin), Lactobacillus casei (LMG-S27763), Lactobacillus acidophilus (LMG S-27762), B. bifidum (LMG S-27761) , inulin, donkey milk, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide).

How to use
We recommend taking 1 capsule per day with a glass of water, preferably between meals.
