Ingredients
Maltodextrin, lactium 150 mg (hydrolyzed milk proteins - contains milk and derivatives); bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose; coating agents: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, microcrystalline cellulose, acetic esters of mono and diglycerides of fatty acids; anti-caking agents: magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide; stabilizer: cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose; dyes: titanium dioxide, indigo carmine and indigo carmine aluminum lake.

Gluten and lactose free.

How to use
Yes recommends taking 1 tablet a day, to be swallowed with water, preferably between meals.
