Mode; of use
Use:
-Environmental diffusion: 2-3 drops of basil essential oil, help in case of stress and to keep insects away in summer.
- Internal use: 2 drops in a teaspoon of honey in cases of difficult digestion, dyspepsia, gastric atony, nausea and vomiting and against infections and all intestinal disorders.
- More hair; strong: in case of weak hair that tends to fall out, add 15 drops of basil essential oil to your shampoo: it will help you; to reactivate blood circulation favoring regrowth.
Instructions:
-Cosmetic: add a drop to a walnut of Gisawellness neutral cream.
-Internal: dilute 1 drop per 100g / ml of food or drink.
-Diffusion: pour 2 or 3 drops per 100 ml of water.

Components
Ocimum basilicum (basil) oil, methyl chavicol.

Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Not suitable for pregnant or lactating women. Never use pure. Do not take internally if not properly diluted. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Essential oils do not in any case replace a balanced diet and a healthy and controlled lifestyle.
