Magnesium (in the form of magnesium citrate, magnesium oxide), iron (in the form of iron citrate), zinc (in the form of zinc gluconate), copper (in the form of copper citrate), molybdenum (in the form of sodium molybdate), chromium (in the form of chromium chloride), selenium (in the form of sodium selenite); Contains: maltodextrin.
Without sugar, without purines, without iodine, without sodium, without yeast and gelatin, without artificial colors and flavoring, without sweeteners.
Without gluten.
Without lactose .

Mode; of use
It is recommended to take 1-2 tablets 3 times a day with meals with sufficient liquid.
