In 1 bst: Potassium citrate and Potassium bicarbonate (Potassium 878 mg), Magnesium carbonate (Magnesium 355 mg ), Sodium bicarbonate (Sodium 216 mg), Calcium citrate (Calcium 120 mg), Natural lemon flavor.

Mode; of use
We recommend taking 1 sachet per day to be dissolved in a large glass of water, preferably in the evening before going to bed or between meals.
