Modality of use
1 teaspoon of powder (about 4 g), once a day dissolved in a glass of water, preferably in the evening before going to bed.

Contraindicated for those who suffer from severe renal insufficiency and severe hypertension.
Do not exceed the recommended dose.
Do not give to children under 4 years.
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age ;.
The supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet.
Well tolerated during pregnancy, lactation and by diabetics.
