The basic ingredient of minced fish and beef is beef together with offal (heart, liver, tripe and lungs), whose taste is enhanced by the addition of salmon and herring.

Both types of fish, salmon and herring contain above all, vitamins (A, D and E, B1, B2, B6 and B12), minerals and trace elements (magnesium, iron, potassium, zinc, phosphorus, selenium and iodine).
