How to use
In case of wounds, apply a compress or gauze on the aggrieved party.
To avoid circulation problems, do not apply the self-adhesive bandage too tightly and check regularly.
Should numbness or tingling occur, remove the bandage and reapply with less tension.
If pain persists, see a doctor.
Clean and dry the affected area.
Hold the bandage firmly with one hand and place the outer side of the bandage on the skin.
By doing this, it will be easier to unroll it.
Before proceeding with wrapping the bandage on the affected part, unroll a stretch sufficient to stretch the bandage.
Make the first turn without exerting any tension.
Continue to unroll the bandage and roll it in the affected area overlapping the layers only partially.
Apply only the tension needed to achieve the desired degree of support.
Always remember to unroll a piece of the bandage before applying it, so as not to exert too much tension.
Tear off the bandage.
Press the end of the bandage so that it is fixed firmly but without tension.
