Leo's Universal Extract

Has a calming and stabilizing effect in a wide range of tense situations including nervousness , anxiety and stress deriving from fits of despair, great fright, hysteria, anguish and despair. Even situations of lesser tension.

How to use
- internal use: take four drops directly under the tongue 4 or more times a day; in emergency cases four drops every 5 minutes. It is necessary to dilute the remedy if the person is sensitive to alcohol. The drops can also be added to a teaspoon of water. Hold the liquid in your mouth for a few seconds before swallowing it. In case the subject is unable to drink: rub a few drops of the concentrated remedy directly on the lips, behind the ears, on the wrists or in the point of anxiety (of Chinese medicine) located in the hollow between the thumb and the index.
- External use: it has proved particularly effective when applied on bruises accompanied by swelling, sprains, scratches, insect bites, not serious inflammations and not too deep cuts and particularly in reducing muscle stiffness, using it in the manner following: apply by gently massaging the affected area. Repeat the application as often as necessary and continue the treatment for a short time after the condition improves.
It can be used alone or in combination with other Bach flowers. Furthermore, it has proved particularly effective by associating it with other remedies and various therapeutic modalities, such as chiropractic, massage or dental care.

Water, Brandy, Macerate of: Mirabolano (Prunus cerasifera L.) petals, Vitalba (Clematis vitalba L.) petals, Balsamin (Impatiens glandulifera L.) petals, Helianthemum (Helianthemum nummularium L. ) petals, Star of Bethlehem (Ornithogalum umbellatum L.) petals, (0.00025% of the extractive component).
