The teat has a slit valve which allows flow regulation.
The three lines on the side of the teat indicate three different flows: short line minimum flow, medium line medium flow and long line maximum flow.

Cleaning and sterilization
The components of the Bottles are all removable, washable and sterilizable.
-Washing: in warm soapy water. The components can also be washed in the dishwasher.
-Sterilization at home: let the components boil for 3-5 minutes.
-Sterilization in hospital: in an autoclave at 134°C for 3 minutes or at 125°C for 15 min.
