Food supplement of group B vitamins, indicated in case of reduced intake of these nutrients with the diet or by increasing their requirement.

Ingredients
Stabilizer: microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide; magnesium stearate; gelatin (capsule); choline bitartrate; niacin; inositol; paraminobenzoic acid (PABA); betaine; calcium pantothenate (Vitamin B5); vitamin B12*; vitamin B2; vitamin B6; vitamin B1; folic acid; biotin; colouring: titanium dioxide (capsule).
* Contains maltodextrin, corn starch, gum arabic.

Mode instructions for use
Swallow one capsule a day with water or other liquid of your choice.
