It is recommended to take one vial a day.

Press the end; top of the cap to release the powder into the liquid and shake well. Unscrew the cap breaking the guarantee seal and take the product.

Ingredients
Measuring cap: Sweetener: Mannitol; Microencapsulated fish oil (contains soy and milk derivatives), anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, vegetable magnesium stearate; Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12), Pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B6), Riboflavin (Vitamin B2), Thiaminamononitrate (Vitamin B1).
Bottle: Demineralized water, fructose, honey, Maca (Lepidium Meyenii Walp., tuber) eg, Magnesium citrate, acidifiers: malic acid, citric acid; Royal jelly, strawberry flavor, Artichoke (Cynara scolymus L., leaves) tit. 2.5% Ac. Chlorogenic, preservative: potassium sorbate; sodium citrate.
