Astenix is a food supplement with pro-energy activity consisting of creatine, carnitine, arginine , taurine, B vitamins, potassium, magnesium, vitamins C and E, coenzyme Q10.
Magnesium and potassium contribute to normal muscle function; pantothenic acid, folate, magnesium, vitamins PP, B2, B1, B6, B12 and C support normal energy metabolism, reduce tiredness and fatigue, protect cells from oxidative stress and maintain the normal function of the immune system.

Components
Creatine: it is a derivative of amino acids naturally produced by the body and contained in various foods. Approximately 50% comes from endogenous synthesis, the rest must be supplied through nutrition. Creatine, a key element in the energy mechanism, promotes the transport of energy produced within the mitochondrion to the contractile structures of the myofibril and participates in the process of muscle contraction.
Carnitine: it is a natural component of the diet present in foods of animal origin. As for creatine, the requirement is partly covered by endogenous synthesis (which reduces with advancing age) and partly by meat nutrition. Carnitine is essential for the transport of fatty acids from the cytoplasm to the mitochondrion and stimulates the production of energy of lipid origin.
Arginine and Taurine: are amino acids widely distributed in nature, particularly in animal proteins. Precursors of nitric oxide, they participate in the energetic activity of creatine and carnitine. By promoting blood flow at the muscular level, they improve the transport of oxygen and nutrients and create favorable conditions for the formation of new muscle tissue.

How to use
