Astenix is a food supplement with proenergetic activity consisting of creatine, carnitine, arginine, taurine, vitamins of group B, magnesium, vitamins C and E, coenzyme Q10.

Ingredients
Creatine, L-carnitine, L-arginine, L-taurine, magnesium, vitamins B1, vitamin B2, vitamin PP, ac ido pantothenic, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, folic acid, coenzyme Q10, vitamin C and vitamin E.

How to use
Take 1 sachet, for 1 o 2 times a day. Dissolve the product in a little water or in juices, smoothies, fruit juices, etc. Mix and consume after preparation.
