| Food supplement based on plant extracts with Relissa and melatonin. Jujube and lemon balm promote relaxation and mental well-being. Escolzia promotes relaxation and sleep, melatonin helps to reduce the time required to fall asleep. The beneficial effect of melatonin is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime. Suitable for vegans. Ingredients Stabilizers: microcrystalline cellulose; jujube (Ziziphus jujuba Mill.) seeds tit. at 2% in saponins, escolzia (Eschscholtzia californica Cham.) aerial parts e.g. tit. at 0.35% in protopine, Relissa - phospholipid lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L., sunflower lecithin) leaves tit. at 20% in hydroxycinnamic acids, cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids of vegetal origin, silicon dioxide, melatonin.
