Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; you; green [Camellia sinensis (L.) Kuntze] leaves eg, L-theanine, magnolia (Magnolia officinalis Rehder) bark eg; stabilizers: cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose, shellac, polyvinylpyrrolidone; glazing agents: hydroxy-propyl-methylcellulose, glycerol, microcrystalline cellulose, fatty acids; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; saffron (Crocus sativus L.) stigmas eg, dyes: titanium dioxide, E141 (ii); melatonin *.

Mode; of use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet in the evening just before going to bed and, preferably, at the same time.
