Mode of use
From 6 years: 1 tablet per day at breakfast with a large glass of water. From the age of 15, the daily dose can be be increased to 2 tablets (1 in the morning and 1 in the evening), in case of tiredness, nervousness or intense stress.
Not recommended for people sensitive to iodine.
