Ingredients
Melatonin, Chamomile, Lemon balm.  

4 drops contain:
• Melatonin: 1 mg
• Chamomile dry extract: 3.2 mg
• Melissa dry extract: 2 mg

Mode; of use
We recommend taking at least 4 drops a day, just before going to bed, as they are or diluted in a little water. Shake the bottle well before use.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children of age; less than 3 years. Food supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
