Ingredients
Bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, calcium phosphates; Escolzia top dry extract; flowers ( Eschscholzia califomica Cham. ), Passionflower dry aerial parts extract ( Passiflora incarnata L. ), Valerian root dry extract ( Valerlana officinalis L. ), stabilizer: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose; orange flavor, anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of stabilizing fatty acids: carboxymethylcellulose; Melatonin, dye: indigo carmine [E132).

1 tablet contains:
• Melatonin: 1 mg
• Valerian: 50 mg
• Passionflower: 100 mg
• Escolzia: 100 mg

Mode; of use
We recommend taking 1 tablet half an hour before going to bed, preferably at the same time.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children of age; less than 3 years. Food supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
