Sterile antimicrobial dressing for infected wounds or at risk of infection, composed of Hydrofiber technology (soft hydrocolloidal fibers of pure sodium carboxymethylcellulose) and Ag+ Technology (ionic silver, EDTA and benzethonium chloride). This dressing is designed to manage the 3 main barriers to healing: exudate, infection and biofilm. Ag+ Technology represents a unique formulation containing anti-biofilm silver which:

Hydrofiber Technology helps create an ideal environment for wound healing by optimizing the capabilities of Ag+ Technology: Traps exudate, bacteria and biofilm, minimizing the risk of infections and preventing maceration.

It micro-conforms to the wound bed maintaining a balanced moist environment, minimizing empty spaces where bacteria and biofilm can proliferate. It interacts with the exudate of the wound, forming a cohesive gel and helping to reduce the pain associated with dressing changes.
