Liposomes are lipid spheres which allow the protection and subsequent release of Apo-lactoferrin. Apo-lactoferrin (iron-free form of lactoferrin) is more active than lactoferrin itself (5 times) since the bond with iron is realized in the open form of the apo-protein, allowing easier access to Fe3 + or complexed ions .
Lactoferrin is an iron chelating protein and is involved in numerous biological mechanisms. It has an iron-carrying action, belongs to the transferrin family and is widely studied for its multiple beneficial effects. However, Apo-lactoferrin by its nature is unstable and is particularly sensitive to the proteolytic action of pepsin in the stomach and to the proteolytic hydrolysis of pancreatin in the intestine.
This results in a denaturation of the protein, poor absorption and its inactivation. ApoLact TDC, thanks to its modern microencapsulation technology, overcomes these problems and is the first advanced formulation that guarantees the efficacy of glycoprotein.

Ingredients
Each 550 mg capsule contains 100 mg of lactoferrin.

How to use
Take 1 capsule 1-2 times a day.
Maximum dose: 2 capsules per day.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Lactoferrin is a protein extracted from cow's milk and therefore it is not recommended for use in case of allergy to milk proteins.
