Apply a small amount of product on the palm of your hand. Heat the oil between the palms and then apply it on the thighs. Use both hands to massage with gentle, sweeping circular movements from the bottom up, so that the active ingredients and essential oils can be absorbed effectively.

Massage regularly to increase lymphatic drainage and tissue toning.
To improve the overall appearance of the skin, tap the skin regularly and gently with a closed fist.
