Food supplement based on melaÂtonin and glycine.
  melatonin   contributes to the reduction of time required to fall asleep; the beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin just before bedtime.
  glycine   is a protein amino acid that performs many functions in the body, including that of a neurotransmitter. level of the central nervous system, with effects promoting sleep.

Ingredients
Ingredients compatible with a vegetarian diet and vegan.
The product contains sweetener.

A 1.75 g sachet contains: 1.5 g of glycine and 1 mg of melatonin.      

How to use
Take one sachet a day in the evening, one hour before going to bed.
Pour the powder directly into your mouth, under the tongue, without the need for water.
