Soluble powdered food supplement with sugars and sweeteners.
Designed in particular for adults who practice sports, Xtramass size gainer contains proteins that contribute to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass, simple and complex carbohydrates and a combination targeted of functional substances such as creatine, MCT, taurine, vitamins and minerals including thiamine, riboflavin and vitamin B6 which contribute to normal energy metabolism, niacin, folic acid and magnesium which help reduce the sense of tiredness and fatigue, vitamin E and zinc which help protect cells from oxidative stress; it also contains Tribulus, known for its tonic properties useful for counteracting physical and mental tiredness.

How to use
Dissolve 50 g of powder (about 3 full measuring spoons) in 250 ml of water or milk, mixing well, and take once a day, preferably after training or in any case between meals.
