Citrus is a food supplement based on bitter orange, dry extract titrated at 6% synephrine. The bitter orange is the fruit of Citrus aurantium, a plant belonging to the Rutaceae family, native to India, but which is found cultivated in many subtropical regions; characterized by a wrinkled surface of red-orange colour, it contains essential oil, aldehydes and polyphenols.

Precisely because of the substances it contains it can be considered a valid aid for maintaining body weight balance and as a stimulant metabolic, in particular for the lipid one (thermogenic effect), especially in the context of low-calorie diets for weight control, but is also interesting as an adjuvant of the digestive function and for the regular gastrointestinal motility and the elimination of gases.
