This instant porridge is; made with gluten-free oat flakes, sprouted grains, sprouted seeds and superfoods.
In the sprouting process the seed begins its growth path to become a plant: é; it is at this very moment that we can obtain the maximum nutritional benefits of the seed in the plus form; concentrated.
The seeds and cereals are sprouted and dried at low temperatures to block the sprouting process and imprison all the nutrients they possess inside.

Mode; of use
Add 90 ml of boiling water or milk to 50 g of porridge and leave to rest for a minute to have a healthy, nutritious and quick breakfast.
