Aluneb Iper 

Aluneb Iper is a 3% hypertonic saline solution to be nebulized by aerosol and nasal douche, based on high molecular weight hyaluronic acid and xylitol with a decongestant and fluidifying action on the nasal mucous membranes.
Particularly suitable for cleaning the nasal passages especially in case of colds, allergic rhinitis, sinusitis and all states of congestion of the nasal mucosa.
For aerosol therapy.
Nebulized hyaluronic acid hydrates and facilitates the removal of mucus and allergens from the upper respiratory tract. It can be useful in assisting the regulation of mucociliary clearance, alleviating all those symptoms linked to inflammatory, allergenic and environmental factors.
It frees the nose from mucus, promoting the elimination of excessive nasal secretions.
Nasopharyngeal diseases characterized by congestion and alteration of mucociliary clerance.
Hydrates the respiratory tract and stimulates mucociliary clerance.
Facilitates breathing, feeding and sleeping of infants.
In aerosol therapy it can be used to dilute medications.

Mode instructions for use
Wash your hands before and after using the medical device.
Flex the single-dose vial in both directions and detach it from the strip it is attached to. welded.
Open the single-dose vial by rotating the flap.
Pour the contents of the vial into the nebulizer ampoule.
Children starting from 1 year and adults: nebulize 1-2 vials 2-3 times a day with a preumatic nebulizer and traditional ampoule.
For nasal douche:
Children from 1 year of age: 1-2 washes per nostril, 1-2 times a day.
Adults< /span>: 2-4 washes per nostril, 2-3 times a day.
Infants under 1 year of age: instill a few drops in the nostrils before feeding or before sleeping. The duration of use depends on the evolution of symptoms. If necessary it can be administered, through the nasal douche, for a prolonged period.
