Properties
Vitamin C: it is one of the most important vitamins, its spectrum of action is very broad. Among the most important effects: it is active in the production of antibodies, increasing the body's resistance; it is an excellent antioxidant (fights free radicals); enters energy production processes; promotes the absorption of iron and other minerals (zinc, calcium, magnesium, etc.).
Magnesium: essential for the functionality of skeletal muscle, for energy metabolism.
Vitamin E: antioxidant vitamin par excellence .
Iron: significant quantity of highly bioavailable iron for optimal fixation of oxygen in the blood.
Manganese: promotes energy production.
Niacin (Vitamin PP or B3): contributes to the correct energy metabolism of our body, carrying out an effective toning action that wards off sensations of fatigue and deep tiredness. Participates in the normal functioning of all activities of the nervous system and psychological functions.
Zinc: is necessary for the correct functioning of many hormones, including insulin, growth hormone and sexual hormones. The body contains it in the muscles, red and white blood cells.

How to use
Take one tablet a day, preferably in the morning.
