ALKALOS

Food supplement based on calcium citrate and vitamin D, potassium and magnesium citrate. Useful for supplementing a diet lacking in calcium and vitamin D, while providing adequate supplementation of potassium and magnesium. Both calcium and potassium and magnesium are in alkaline form (citrate), in order to allow a correct acid balance & ndash; base. They help maintain the correct structure and density of the bones.

Magnesium Citrate equal to Magnesium	263 mg 3.5 mEq
Potassium citrate equal to Potassium	715 mg 7 mEq

Mode à of use
Bottle A: unless otherwise indicated by the doctor, it is suggested to take 1 tablet in the morning, on an empty stomach, to promote calcium absorption. Take the tablet whole with a little bit d & rsquo; water.
Bottle B: unless otherwise indicated by a medical practitioner, it is suggested to take 1 tablet in the evening to promote more adequate contrast of metabolic acidosis, usually more; high at night. Take the tablet whole with a little bit d & rsquo; water.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
