The whole Cappelli durum wheat flour Alce Nero is produced with durum wheat grown in Italy. Cappelli durum wheat is a historic variety of durum wheat that dates back to the early 1900s when Nazaremo Strampelli started some experimental tests on the fields made available by the Marquis Cappelli the so-called "chosen seeds", including Cappelli. Alce Nero organic Cappelli wholemeal semolina comes from Italian durum wheat. The stone milling of Cappelli durum wheat flour makes it possible to obtain semolina with an irregular grain size . It is a natural source of fiber and ideal for the preparation of bread and pasta.
