Alce Nero Organic Yellow Tomato Puree
Alce Nero Organic Yellow Tomato Puree is produced with tomatoes grown in Italy.
The tomatoes, harvested in July, August and September, are processed in such a way as to preserve flavors, aromas and nutritional properties.
After selection and vaggio, the skin is removed from the tomatoes by steam; only afterwards are the tomatoes chopped, pureed and concentrated.
Alce Nero organic tomato puree is prepared without additives or added salt.
